40...39...38...37...36... 35... The Countdown Is On!!!
Well... As of today we are just 35 short days away from saying "I do". Besides the 100 things that I have left on my to do list, my feelings and emotions are all over the place! Here I am posting a blog at 2:00 AM because I can't get my mind off of this wedding. And not just the planning side of it either. Small things happen daily that I double, sometimes triple think about. For instance, today someone asked me how to pronounce my last name. I told them... "StruKen" and they replied saying, "Not for long!" That comment got me a thinkin'... 35 days from today I will no longer be know as Shaylee Struchen, I will be the new Mrs. Shaylee Britt. AH!!! How crazy is that?! Or telling someone that "my HUSBAND" was scared of the dark last night... again... WEIRD! I know it is silly to think that way, this day has just been long waiting so the closer we get the more anxious I feel. I am so excited to be getting married, and blessed that it will be Tyler on the other side of that alter. To come to an end, I've posted a few of our engagement pictures, not too many, I don't want to spoil all the fun!
YAY!!! Can't wait for the BIG day. You are going to make such a BEAUTIFUL BRIDE and of course Tyler will make a handsome groom. I am so happy for you. I cant believe it is already here. I am having my baby the next day, so lets hope he doesn't decide to come early, because I want to see you in that "beautiful" dress :-) Love ya.
